I have around 22 years of experience in the IT world, last 6 years of which have been in senior leadership positions to set up and grow global in-house centres or captive centres for large multi-national companies, organizing successful global teams, and providing technical and process leadership in all accountable areas leveraging industry best practices. In my previous roles, I have had the privilege to work with some of the top Fortune 200 clients to lead and deliver several large scale, top-priority, multi-year, and complex technology initiatives.

People and human behaviour have been a passionate topic for me for as long as I remember. I love to work with people and have done so several times in a cross-geography cross-functional teams; not only in setting up the teams but also to support the individuals with their personal and professional growth, in turn helping to create an environment that fosters collective optimism and a common sense of drive and motivation to achieve great things. Therefore, it cannot be just happenstance that this love of working with individuals and teams to reach their potential that led me to become a Leadership and Executive Coach.

I work with Hemant Deshpande Consulting as an Associate Coach to get the opportunities to support my Coachees’ to identify and implement transformative actions in their careers and life. As part of this journey with me, I will guide you through the process of Career Coaching with tools, activities, and several deep conversations to support you with your goals from our engagement. This is a journey of not only getting the clarity and actionable steps you need to take to achieve your goals, but it is also a process that leads you in the domain of deep self-discovery.

This is the official coach certification body globally that involves a rigorous classroom training program and it requires several hours of real world coaching experience to qualify for the final assessment (which is in turn one of the most difficult ones to crack).
