Hemant is the pioneer of Mid-Career Transformation Coaching in India. He is an internationally certified Career Coach & Mentor for CXO’s and senior leaders across industries. Hemant has 25+ years of corporate experience and over 2500 hours of coaching experience, helping people and organizations achieve maximum effectiveness.

Since 2014, he has coached & mentored hundreds of professionals across different roles, industries, and geographies. He has coached CXOs, Business Heads, Directors, VPs, Department Heads (HOD), AGM/DGMs, and senior managers from India as well as from various countries across the globe – USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and Australia.

Hemant followed his heart to move from IT Transformation to People Transformation. Prior to Coaching, Hemant has worked with top IT MNCs such as Infosys, IBM, and others for 18 years. During his corporate career, Hemant worked across the globe as an IT Manager in India, North America, Europe, and China. He managed large global teams and successfully delivered large IT transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients such as American Express, Wellpoint, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, Allstate, and many others.
